Sir,

Sub: Delay in provision of Broadband service.

I applied for provision of Broadband service on 30.06.2009 at the Joka Telephone Exchange against my telephone number 033-24383749 (vide Case Mark No. S.A. Code W.O. No.(s) - KTL/H/NC/HA/09-10/0178 and KTL/H/DC/DL/09-10/0177 w.o. date 30.06.2009. Application Form no. MS/0185296). I was told by one officer at Joka Telephone Exchange that I would be provided with the service within a maximum of one week's time. But till date (even after 16 days) the service has not been provided. I request your kindself to look into the matter and arrange to provide me with the Broadband service without any further delay.
