I have made a online topup in BSNL web portal. the transaction (ID: TXT1906200901127 Rs.221/- on 19/06) got failed but money was debited to my account. i have tried second time (ID: TXT1906200901172 Rs.221/- on 19/06) the same thing happened. I have waited for one week thinking that the money will be refunded automatically. But it was not happened. i have spoken with bank customer care (SBI) and they have refunded one amount stating that the other amount was not refunded by BSNL. I have been speaking to BSNL customer care for the last 2 weeks (Complient number: TN0907092446 Dt. 09-07) And there is no corrective action in this regard.
