Land Line telephone not shifted to new location

Respected sir,

I have requested to shift my telephone from old location to new location on date : 08/06. The details are as under

Name: Hemrajbhai Muljibhai Mashru

Telephone No. : (0285) 2616260

Old address: Jigna Society, A/2, Behind Ayurved Pharmacy, Joshipura, Junagadh (Gujarat)

New address: Raiji Nagar, Street No.7, Block No.:174-A, Near Moti baugh, Junagadh (Gujarat)

I went personnaly to meet concern officer, who look after such kind of work. But till date it is not shifted and at the same time bsnl officer not giving specified time period for shifting said number.
