Somebody Used my prepaid Card ITC

Dear Sir,

I purchased BSNL Prepaid ITC Card From Dealer and I put my Pincard card number in my BSNL Land line no 01722603344.When I use for some while and I found my card was used by Somebody. Please enquire about and Take an action against the Concerned Person as soon as possible. Thanks
