Snl tunes is forced to my mobile number-9440326450 from the past more than three months and same is renewed every month without my knowledge and without my request which is highly objectionable. An amount of Rs.25/- is being dectucted from my credit balance every month and ignoring all my efforts. Please arrange to stop forcing bsnl tunes forthwith and credit the amount so dedtucted and reply immediately, failing which i will be forced to take further action.
