When I login to BSNL portal (http://portal.bsnl.in/) and view outstanding bill (Bill no 301318916) for registered postpaid cellone connection for the month of July for 9435005333 (Mobile no) and try to pay bill online, the site does not redirect me to a proper page i.e option to make payment via different banks but it just does not display anything. For the roblems on BSNL part I will not able to make timely payment which will not only disqualify for 1% rebate but rebate for timely payment. Above all there is a chance of diconnecting the mobile connection.
