Not Properly Working My Telephone and Broadband

Dear Sir,

I have all ready register complain in 198 service on 24/07 (Complain ID - 1632567) and again registered today. My complain ID is 1635205.

I have a BSNL Broadband Service. It is not working properly. DSL link always break. and no one listens to the complaints. All give another to another to another numbers to call for complaints but no one answers my complaints.

I ask this complain Tagore Town Exchange, ALLAHABAD, Line Man Mr. Gobardhan and G.M. (Telecom) on this number 05322624300 Allahabad but my problem is not solve.
