IPTV/WRONG BILL

I take the connection of IPTV in my BSNL phone and they said its free of three months trial . but they started sending the bill from the first month and change the plan also itself. i registered lots of complaints but no action were taken. and they disconnect my phone also. what i do? can anybody tell me.
