Unavailability of declared service

I have brought two BSNL dosti sim cards on 24th July, and 4 hours after activation, I sent an service registration sms to the number 53733, in the required format, but recieved an invalid response, when I inquired the problem to the customer care service of the company the always came up with "INADEQUATE" and "UNSATISFACTORY" response. Till date I am not able to avail the stated service! The purchased numbers are 9477428824 & 9477428825! I would be highly obliged if some necessary action is taken!
