Not Providing service properly and giving wrong bill of a high amount

Hi,

from a long time i having problem in my broadband connection. hundreds of times i given complaint on phone and around 10-15 times i have visited BSNL office in Faridabad. From past months first of alll i am not able to work on the connection as well as i have lost my mental comfort as i have to pay that bill which i am not using. why the hell I should pay for that thing which is not useable by me. Now they have crossed their limitiation as this neither i have used the broadband nor the phone as my phone was dead and they have sent the bill whose amount is in thousands. Am i a fool, if my ph is dead since i can do call through the ph. this time i am not going to leave them people as the businessor things which i have lost will not be covered by any kind of compensation overall i have done lots of request to them poeople but this time i am not going to leave them without taking a proper action.
