No service for 3 months but billed

My BSNL phone No. 2280902 (vadodara) works only 15 days in a month for the past one and half year. After complaining every week, the line man attends and it works for 5 days to 1 week again same story.

Since May 7 it it totally dead. In spite of more than 25 complaints online, complaint register and personal visits, they have been saying that new cable is being laid (in process) and would take 2 days to restore the line. This they have been repeating for the past two months.

As of today the line is still dead.

Surprisingly the billing is done as usual with all charges - rent, features etc. with 0 calls.

THREE MONTHS of NO SERVICE and asking to pay for the toture they have given men all the time.

Whether BSNL is bothered or not? Not even a single person responsible in BSNL?
