Broadband Connection not UP

Hi,

I had applied for Broadband connection in March. I received the modem on April 09, but till now my connection is not activated. I registered so many complaints via 1500 and also went to regional office, but all in vain. I got a huge bill for nothing. Its august and still my broadband is still not functioning.
