My telephone 0469 2662615 line is not working since one week and compalint raised but not attending. Further I received one caller ID telephone set from BSNL since four yers back as a gift of high paying subscriber but after one week the set is not working which was handed over to Kumbanad exchange still not replaced.
Your attention regarding shall be highly appreciated.
