I tried to call BSNL customer care, there was no response and no reply for a long time. I dont know why govt. pay these people because they are not doing their job properly. I lost Rs.17, Rs.12, Rs.21suddenly and i dont know why. Customer care executive did not get me, i would never be wrong if i say that BSNL Customer Care Center are the worst centers. My cell number is 9474058916 and i want my money back because there is no point to charge me extra amount.
