Oadband not working

I have been using more than 2 years.

Now the connectivity failed for more than 15 days. Inspite several complainst NOBODY responding, just BSNL staff palying around giving me several numbers on which nobody responding.

MOST ridiculous services I have ever sen in my 20 years of experience
