Worst services and no compensation

My telephone bsnl and broadband with number 0161-2563063 remained dead from 31st july..despite repeated calls, BSNL personels rectified it on 18th august... worst service from any company which I have seen, even now they have not given any compensation and deduction for these unworking days period..I have applied for the same..

I wish that the senior officials would be reading out the reality of their company's working
