Sir,

I applied for BSNL broadband through an online request. When it had already been about one month and there was no response i went to the local BSNL office in RISHIKESH where I was told that the request had been cancelled. There I filled a fresh form. It was on 12th August. I again went to the office after few days and i was told that my request has been sent to Dehradun office for the password. I simply want you to provide me the connection as early as possible because being an MBA aspirant I need to prepare online for my exams. Without net connection, as the days are passing, my precious time is being wasted.
