Hopeless customer service

The complaint on the JE mohannagar, Area manager Kothapet office, DE Sudhir kothapet, Hyd, and the following customer services persons who are wasted my valuable time by giving false information and misbehaving with me

1. Megana 2. Prashant (supervisor) 3. Mohan 4. Raghu.

Since 15 days I'm in touch with BSNL Hyderabad customer service. The customer service executives and supervisors are behaving aroganlty. They do not have any subject knowledge, they give some trial and error solutions to the problems and disconnect the phone when customer contacts for first time. Next time onward they are not picking up phone call by identifying the customer caller id #. If by chance if it connected to they and we ask for correct solution they are answering that, I'll be back in a min and putting receiver aside for 10 min and later they are disconnecting it.

I have complained personally about this rude behavior of customer support persons to kothapet DE sudhir, and Area manager at kothapet, hyd still there is no action taken by them. It becoming nightmare to resolve my problem as none of the senior officers are picking up phones, at JE's office hardly I'm able to connect and listen bullshit from a lineman.

I have recorded the phone call of customer services misbehavior, so now I would like to play infront of the Head of customer services if he is ready to listen it. I would like this forum to suggest, what are my rights to demand for excellent service from BSNL and how to get it? Please suggest...
