Dear Sir,
I am living in Joshimath (Uttarakhand), here Mob service of BSNL is very poor. Every time comes Network busy. If ringed then call disconnectes so many times. And cutomer paying the full puls for the talking of 2 or 3 seconds. Is any body can improve the service of BSNLL here.
