Deduction of balance

Espected sir my self dhiraj shete from shirpur dist dhule, (MH) I have bsnl prepaid sim numbered 9423288443. few months before I am used BSNL schem of SET 2 and SET 9. after the using of this schems I am deselected them from my numberd. But the problem is that the deduction of balace is on. I am send them request to stop my schem but the problem is not solved from them before 3 months.

so please solve this problem.
