I was using BSNL Broadband, at my office and the connection was in name of Landlord Mr Arun Kr Singhal. The Broadband connection was installed in the no (033) 23648445. I was in Rs 250, plan whereby 2GB download was free. Everything was fine, until on May where they sent me a bill of Rs 10, 333/- i made the payment, but in subsequent 2-3 months, they again sent me bills for Rs 10, 000 . When i complained to AOTR, no body took care of it. They say pay the bills first and then come.
Now it is simply impossible for broadband usage to be so much.
Now you guys, please suggest what to do in this case.
