Warm greetings to every one at BSNL... i have facing the problem with Hello tune service..your charged me an a amount of Rs 10/- as hello tunes charged like ths every 10 days am getting sms from 56700 stating as hello tunes charges (which service is not active for my prepaid number 9481281054 karnataka circle) even the song is also not playing its clearly seems tht BSNL is fraud in such kind of service.regarding the same i have allready discussed to many of your CCE's even complaint also registred complaint no is AP3008099266 but Wheneven am calling to customer care your CCE's are not giving any solutions insterd of tht they are placing me on hold for 12 to 15 mins & disconnecting the call... ths is my last interaction with BSNL if u could not solve the issue i will be forced to see you guys in consumer court... i hope you will solve the issue ASAP...
