Against recharge

I tried to recharge my mobile (prepaid-power pack) with Rs.55 top-up card. But the response is"Recharge not possible". I called up customer care and they resolved the issue after 24 hours. After 1 week the same problem I faced. But this time I waited for 3 days, but still not possible to recharge. Even the customer care executives are also not responding. They simply disconnecting my call. This happened me for more than 6 times.

The problem yet to be resolved.
