I bought a BSNL SIM (MOBILE NO-9492530057) in the month of 15-06-09.i have a BSNL VENNELA PLUS PLAN.The validity of this sim is for 3YRS.And date of next recharge is 14-09-09 (which is already over). In the month of August, i recharged my mobile for Rs 112 (SERIAL NO OF THE RECHARGE CARD-N 5261811081281292) and the date of next recharge should increase for next 3 months (i.e till November). But still the date for next recharge was 14-09-09.I called BSNL Customer Care several times regarding this issue (increasing the date of next recharge till November). But no action was taken. On 15-09-09, i recharged my mobile again for Rs110 (SERIAL NO OF THE RECHARGE CARD-1000164209251). And the date of next recharge should increase for 3 months, but its still the same (14-09-09). Because of this i am unable to make any outgoing calls. I complaint to BSNL Customer Care but no action was taken .every time i call them, they put me on hold for more than 1 hour and still my issue is not resolved..The COMPLAINT NO is AP1309093632.I kindly request Consumer forem to look into this matter and provide me with a solution.
