Amount paid but no reconnection

Dear Sir/madam,

I Have Paid the complete bill amount on 12th september for 04023561350 and updated thrice to the bsnl hyderabad tolichowki division to give me connection again as i am also interested in broadband connection through it. There is no serious action taken by the authorities even though Iam a loyal customer to bsnl. Please make sure that there will be service given from your end of reconnection soon.
