I am M. Raveendran Pillai, our bsnl phone and Broadband Internet connection was fault booked complaint as per complaint No. S.793 on 23.9.2009 and as per S. 828 on 25.9.2009 for exchange problem. we are report bsnl office via application above 2 times, but upto today the falut not rectified,
