On bsnl annpurna distrubotor and elina distruboto

Daer Sir,

i am a retail counter of nayagarh with sealing of recharge voucher . but annapurna dist. is not able to seal of voucher sufficent to our counter . so all the bsnl custmer at nayagarh suffer a lot of problem.

and another dealer is elena, he also not able to solve our problem like our demo sim with 7, 0000/- balanece rejected by his fault.

sir this two bsnl dealer are fighting with each other, and we the retail counter of nayagarh are suffered very much.

so sir please solv our problem...
