Not received prepaid amount

Hello Sir,

I recharged my mobile with a sum of 112 rupees thru ICICI bank's online prepaid mobile recharge facility.

My ICICI bank account shows, transaction successful and showing ID as 0122584380. even though I confirmed this number with ICICI bank representative. Date on which i recharged is 2nd October.

I am not yet received the amount as a balance till now.

Number of times I called to BSNL customer care and the representatives not giving the proper response and they reject to register a complaint.

I hope i provide all the information required. If any thing need i will provide them as requested.

Please help me in this regard.
