I am using bsnl broadband service for previous 4 months my plan is 750plus home plan, the download speed i will got from the bsnl is only 20-25 kpbs but the actual plan speed is 256 kpbs i will complaint several times for exchange there is no response from there... i am stay in a rural area, what can i do now...
