Our bsnl broadband is not connecting for the last 1 month!!!
Our telephone number is 24027566.Inspite of many compliants and phone calls, the problem was not rectified because of the irresponsible attitude!!! Error number it shows is 691.It is enough if they just reset it, as they say, which they never do quickly. I just dont understand what to do.
