Land line bill payment

I want to pay my land line bill on line and i have SBI VISA credit card & State bank of hyderabad (SBH) debit card. But these banks are not available in the bill payment options in bsnl site. Whereas for Mobile post paid bill payment atleast SBI VISA credit card is available to pay.
