With due respect, it is stated that I had applied for transfer of my EPF amount from account no. MP/13880/08 to account no. DL/25366/73 VIDE form-13 dated 27/03/09 on transfer from MP Circle to New Delhi. But the amount has not been transferred. Kindly do needful.
