BSNL
No service

I applied for broadband and phone connection with BSNL on 28Aug.

Finally managed to get the phone connection in SECOND WEEK of OCTOBER and that too after agreeing to give Tip (bakshish or bribe or inaam) to the line man. It seems they informed the watchman that they will come to my home only when Madam (that is me) at home so that i can give them appropriate tip. I could not beleive it when my watchman told me this but agreed since i had no choice.

After that i was hoping that i will get broadband connection. I am repeatedly calling them on the following numbers, but no one comes home to give broadband connection:

044:22437300, 22437400, 22433000, 22430100, 22436383.

I wanted to tell this to the manager but not able to get any numbers from anywhere.

This is so disappointing and disgusting.
