I purchased a USB internet device from BSNL.The device name is HUAWEI EC 325 but after warranty my device is now not working properly. I complind in BSNL office but they are saying that they are not responsible for that and HUAWEI is responsible but when i went there they are saying just opposite.
No one is ready to repair that device. Now BSNL is saying to purchase new device.
Someone should be responsible for repairing it. HUAWEI is repairing same device but of TAT and RELIANCE.
