Data one password not told, bangalore

I got my internet connection on 24thdecember, bot i still do not know my password.i have made several calls to bsnl office and even gone there but they told me to call 1500. from there i was told to call 18004241600, and when i selected the option of customer care they told me to hold on. till know no response.

one month over. i still do not know my password.
