I had not recieved my Monthly Bill for for over 15 days. When I got a telephone alert to pay the bill for the previous amount to the tune of Rs.1444.When I went to the customer service center, I was informed that the amount for Feb would be Rs.2700 plus!!
This is outrageous as I have specifically requested form UL900 plan as Broadband. Also, at any point of ime, I do not have a speed of more than 20 kbps.
Why in the world do they call this as Broadband???
