We took BSNL connection on 27th Feb.2009 and due to some problems we have to shift our office from Cyber towers. Accordingly we have applied for disconnection on 7th June and all the pending bills were cleared on 26th June and moved to our new place were we opt for other ISP . We have enquired no. of time to BSNL office regarding our security deposit of Rs. 9500/- (refundable) and as per the information given was by one month the security deposit (cheque) will be posted to our office address. For your kind notice till date we neither received any cheque nor any update /status on it. On enquiry they say they have some backend problem or server problem.
Its our humble request you kindly look into this matter and take some serious action.
