NON FUNCTIONING OF BROADBAND

Oadband has been installed in my land line phone no.911202777946 .but it is not functionig for last 20 days .despite a lot of complains bsnl says private firm who installed it will rectify it .while that company says it is BSNL responsibilty.but in between our broadband data one is not working for 20 days .and no body is listening the complains
