Unable to connect new broadband

I have submit bsnl broadband form on 02-02 on bsnl office and i got my workorder no as MDLEW_3176 and have opted for my own modem .since i have installed modem i am geeting ppp down status since i have already got bsnl landline the only thing bsnl have to do is activate broadband on that line but since last 7 days i am keep going to my local exchange but unable to get any solution.my bsnl landline no is 07612672339.
