Elated to recharge bouche

Sir,

I purchased a recharge boucher (si.no. 54040008300488) on 29.02.08. from shri ram communication cyber cafe, shop no.11, f-block market alpha-2, greater noida. On recharging it shows the"boucher is invalid". I contacted the costomer care center and the service center at dadri-G.B.Nagar- up a lot of time. They put alligation to one another instead of resolving the problem.
