Incorrect numbers showed on L.L calls made acct than actual

The phone been connected recently (3days), we started getting calls asking for some other person (wrong calls--repeatedly-poss, prev.user)--to add more--the calls made numbers-status shows on the Landline monitor shows heavily than actual. The cust.care not responding to our calls.really great head-ache at the staring level itself
