New connection not activated

I have got new cnnection of Broad Band from BSNL.All connections are completed including Modem on 10-03. I have also recieved Username and password. But the cnnection is not yet activated. I contacted BSNL Office. They told me that there is some prblem from server side. Today is 17-03. Please tell me how many days will be required to activate my Broad Band Connection
