Barred on OUTGOING calls

I have received my mob-bill on 7th July, but due to an urgent work I was not in a position to pay my bill. In the evening at abot 8PmM my outgoing has been barred. I have also paid my bill on 8th at 10:30AM.When can I get my facilty back... Please help.
