Im writing posting this complaint with atmost dissatisfaction regarding my application for new BSNL landline... I have applied for a new landline connection (detailed enclosed below)..and ur lineman has called me 2 weeks back..I was waiting for him for 2days taking leave at my office, and he was not attending the call. I had called him more than 20 times in last couple of days and i hav more than 15 contact numbers of ur different sections. Again he told me that he dont know my address though he is staying very near by my house... Two times I went to ur BSNL office at Indiranagar, all the time im getting the same reply and also i could understand that if Im ready to pay 500rs to ur guy he will make it with in half an hour. Is it mandatory that I should give this money? or else is there any contact no's of Senior officers to whom i can take this matter...
