Ussage of Broadband

Sir,

I am not able to know data usage of BSNL broadband because when i log on to www.data.bsnl.in it asks for user ID, & password, when i click it says check your user ID & pass word.

i also want to see telephone and internet bills on line

Please guide and help me.
