My Tel Connection No. is 2362614 and am have Broad
Band connection. Since last 5/6 days it is giving
error No.691i.e. it doesnot recognise my user ID

No.1500 and 197 (I remember only two complaints
No.51323 and 2301515) Besides I was provided with
telephone Nos. 2203838, 2301515 and 2286200 to contact
for redressing my problems, but non picked up except the one where one Mr. Amit (on 18/4) told that the position is rectified, but when I checked is was as it is. Again on 19th one JT in the morning convyed rectified but actually not. I have also lodged complaint at 197 and 15400. My email to the authorities could not rectify it. WHERE SHOULD I GO. Who can compensate me for the torturing attitude of the BSNL.
