Sir/ madam, I have recharged my BSNL Sim of number 9401687129 with Rs 500/- which makes BSNL to BSNL calling free for 1 month. Many times it happens such that in spite of free calls my balance was reduced. after complaining to customer care, they assured to resolve my problem within 24 hours and assured me of getting back my balance which was cut due to technical fault. but till now I din't get my desired balance. And the way Customer service executives speak is really disgusting. It is very irritating to speak to them. So, kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.
