Non delivery of speed post till14/11/07

Dear sir,

I sent some important papers by speed post on 6th nov from BHU hospital post office bearing the no: EU694715155IN. this post has not been delivered yet.

The addressee was: Ramashanker mohapatra

Purusottam upstairs

Mahatab nagar

Tulsipur

Cuttack- 753008

On enquiry it has not reached the addressee. He enquired at his end and learnt that it has not been loaded in the computer.

I have been approaching the local offices at varanasi. But these people are calous, careless and without a work culture.

This is not the first time in varanasi. I have suffered like this before but never complaint. But this was height.

I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter
