I have number 05361-271397, as on the month of march their would be offer of BSNL to get 25% discount on telephone bill as well as their is 100 rupees charge for 1GB usage and will not take any insatallation charge, irrespective of that they will charge the same amount not provide any of facality as located in their menu. So please give me help to overcome from that problem.
