i am a regular user of BSNL, pune (yerwada).my telephone number is 020-26693760. my telephone is dead for the last 2 months.i have given telephonic as well as written complaints but the department is not taking any action. Mr Hardhude is the incharge officer of Khesepark area.

i request you to resolve the problem as soon as possible.i will be greatful to you.
